Systems/CRM - Project Manager

Experienced Systems/CRM - Project Manager, required to support a large scale systems improvement and development project, working with an outstanding charity based in Central London.

As the Systems/CRM - Project Manager you will play a critical role manage a number of a complex Systems/CRM transformation programmes, supporting the development and change of systems across a national charity.

Working within a talented transformation team you will project manage the development, design, testing, implementation and transition of Systems, in particular CRM and Scheduling Systems.

  • Project lead on a number of strategic system improvement Transformation Programme projects
  • Lead on on-time delivery and management of each project through its full lifecycle to a successful closure
  • Tracks project timelines and milestones, taking responsibility for achieving all project milestones
  • Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery; Influences, negotiates and manages discussions on complex issues with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that these are met, and working directly with project teams to deliver agreed solutions
  • Work with external supplier and resources connected with the project

To join this exciting Transformation team you will have extensive and proven experience as a qualified Project Manager, who has lead on similar transformations projects, covering a full project cycle from beginning to end.

Key skills required for this Systems/CRM - Project Manager role:

  • Qualified Project Manager.
  • Experienced managing the full project management cycle within change initiatives of strategic importance.
  • Experience working in a large, complex organisation, and the ability to take overall responsibility for stakeholder management to communicate change.
  • Outstanding CRM, Systems change experience. Knowledge of Scheduling Systems, CRM or PatientConnect, ResourceLink, Verint products, (NorthGate NGA), CARE or EMIS.
  • Experience working within the Charity or healthcare, social care sector are advantageous, though not essential.
