Supporter Journey Manager - Mass Participation Events

A national health care charity are seeking a Supporter Journey Manager to lead on the delivery of a wide range of stewardship communications, supporter journey planning and analysis within Mass Participation Events.

You will focus on developing and implementing valuable journeys, to deliver both new and existing supporter communications to a high standard, driving continued engagement and value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase supporter engagement and income by improving and enhancing supporter journeys across Mass Participation Events.
  • Increase retention and lifetime value through stewardship and loyalty activity.
  • Manage, oversee and make recommendations for existing stewardship activity; supporter led products, challenge events and collection activity.
  • Ensure consistency in quality and approach across campaigns and develop testing plans to monitor, evaluate and deliver improved results.
  • Line Manage a Fundraising Assistant.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Extensive experience in a stewardship or Mass Participation/Events/Campaigns role at a large UK charity.
  • Experience of analysing campaign results and developing marketing programmes and improvements.
  • Experience of working across multiple fundraising teams to deliver a complex multi-channel journeys.
  • Demonstrable operational and day-to-day management skills across large and complex fundraising campaigns.
  • Detailed knowledge of creative briefings, data selections, print specifications, integrated marketing techniques and mass-mailing planning processes.
