We are looking for an experienced Supporter Services Manager to join a growing social welfare charity. The role will be to establish, lead, develop and promote excellent supporter services for the charity. This is a one year fixed-term contract role and will require the ability to build trust and understanding with teams across the organisation.
The focus of role will be to review and develop processes and procedures for embedding excellent support to supporters. The post-holder will also review current systems for processing data and ensure that these systems comply with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). You will be expected to leave a legacy of documentation and procedures which can be used by all staff in future years.
