** Seeking Senior Account Manager for 12 month Contract**

Our Client is an global demand generation agency that provides outsourced demand generation services to many of the leading technology companies worldwide, with a focus on consultative, business-driven, solution selling.

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability able to multi-task and work at pace - often independently.

This role would ideally suit a candidates with 2-3 years experience in Digital agency account management and/or Project management!

12 Month Fixed Term Contract with opportunity to extend!

Competitive salary (£35-45k) and commensurate with experience.

The Role:

The Senior Account Manager is a member of the Digital Marketing Services team. They will be a key player within the Digital team, managing existing client account relationships and contributing to new business pitches. This role blends account management, project management and financial skills.

Our Client offers a working environment that combines the opportunity and energy of a start-up with the security and resources of an established global company. You will be working in a small team, directly with senior consultants, teamed with an Account Director on larger engagements.

Typical Tasks:

  • Be the main, daily point of contact for clients and be heavily involved in liaising with creative and technical teams
  • Advise clients on strategic and execution support, understanding when to involve relevant Subject Matter Experts
  • Lead client engagements for segments of existing large clients and own the entire engagement on smaller/mid-sized clients
  • Liaise with relevant contacts within the client to understand their marketing strategy and methodology and identify opportunities
  • Ensure the client receives a superior level of service with a view to build a long-term relationship / partnership
  • Secure internal and external delivery resources required per project
  • Lead internal and client project status calls
  • Review deliverables against briefs/SOWs and provide feedback to delivery teams to ensure a quality deliverable for the client
  • Manage client feedback intake and implementation
  • Develop scope documents and estimates - including coordinating approvals
  • Create project plans and manage scope, timeline, and budget
  • Mentor and/or manage Account Managers and Account Coordinators
