We are currently looking for customer service superstars to provide first line support for customers who have potentially been affected by a data breach. You will provide key support via the helpline on behalf of the organisation that has been subject to the breach. Your role is to answer the customer's questions sympathetically using a comprehensive list of FAQ's.
You will be calling into Latin American countires so it is ESSENTIAL that you speak the following languages:
Hours: Shift work - The call centre is open from 10am until midnight so you will need to be ok to work late night on some occasions
Pay: £13 - £15 DOE
