PMO/Project Officer

Working for an outstanding charity, based in central London, a fantastic opportunity for you take on the role of PMO/Project Officer.

As PMO/Project Officer you will be working in the centre of a Change Management Office, who support the delivery of complex programmes and projects, providing cross-functionally support and prioritisation of change activities.

Working with a Head of & Programme Managers you'll help set up and establish requirements with the existing portfolio of programmes and projects. As well as supporting existing Programmes and Projects, you'll also manage a number of projects from conception through to completion.

  • Coordinate, align and manage the successful delivery of programmes and projects
  • Act as a resourceful point of contact for project teams, business leads and a wide range of other stakeholders.
  • Ensure programmes and projects are delivered on time, to deadline, supporting the alignment and coordination of efforts at portfolio and programme-level
  • Oversee and manage all portfolio and programme documentation and reporting, documentation maintenance and sharing of information
  • Managing a number of projects from conception through to completion.

We are looking for you to hit the ground running. We are looking for solid experience of:

  • Working in a Project Officer, PMO role, working with Project Managers, coordinating, planning and communicating within a complex PMO or change programme
  • Managing programme, project documentation and reporting tools and activities.
  • Working to tight deadlines and objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint will be advantageous.
