We are currently looking for a Danish, Norwegian, Swedish OR Finnish speaking Sales Team Leader. Our client is a premier Business Process Outsourcing company, located in West London.
About the Role
The suitable candidate will manage a high volume sales-focused workload, meeting assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the team. The candidate will be selling products directly to businesses over the phone and handle international customers, offering prompt, accurate and courteous service. The new starter will secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as actively using listening skills is of a big importance for the role.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following
*Fluent Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish speaker with strong communication skills.
*Experience in outbound/inbound telemarketing or retail sales.
*Excellent team player who is results oriented, resilient and self-motivated.
*Experience of managing the clients through a full sales cycle.
*Team leader experience.
