An enterprising social welfare charity are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Co-ordinator. As part of the communications team, the Internal Communications Coordinator will lead and deliver the Internal Communications Strategy, which aims to engage, inform and empower 1,300 staff, through a variety of online and offline channels. This will include coordinating the rollout of an upgraded intranet system, embedding good internal communications best practice and ensuring the vision, mission and values are embedded across the organisation.
Key objectives will be:
You will have demonstrable experience of coordinating and delivering internal communications strategies and of building positive relationships with colleagues to enhance and improve internal communications.
You will also have strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage a complex and varied work programme.
A clear and confident communicator is also essential, as is confidence in using standard internal communications channels, while wanting to innovate and improve.
