As the Head of Information and Support you will maintain and continue to develop an Information and Support Services which enables users to gain vital health related support and information enabling informed choices.
You will direct and assure the quality of the Support Line Services, ensuring strong governance, quality and evaluation to ensure the operation runs at an optimum level and able to gain and retain service accreditation. You'll have extensive experience:
