We are looking for polished Customer Service & Technical Support agents to work in a busy call centre in Watford Junction.
You will be responsible for outbound calls processing customer orders and payment details. You will be using a CRM database and as such will be required to have a good technical understanding of computer systems.
Excellent telephone manner, reporting and communication skills with general knowledge of Word and Excel.
Job Hours & Pay:
Monday - Friday
Shift 1 08:00 - 17:30
Shift 2 10:30 - 20:00
Saturday - Sunday
Shift 3 09:00 - 17:00
Staff members are expected to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month. Where you work a weekend shift, you are offered to have a day off in the week.
